Welcome to the third-generation online home of agile Teams!
After over 15 years on WordPress (self-hosted for the first 8 years), we at agile Teams have moved here to substack.com. All of our old WordPress posts have now been migrated, and we’ll be ramping up with future blog posts here.
Why the move? After some weeks of examining technology options, 3 main decision factors emerged:
Not keen on having our Wordpress.com content sold without our consent as input for training OpenAI and Midjourney
Unlike Medium, Substack publications are FREE to write, read, and comment on
Unlike WordPress, posts can be read on Substack with NO ADS!
We’ve also just started an ‘agile Teams company’ page on LinkedIn. Current plan (subject to change as we “inspect and adapt” this year) is to host most of our writing here on Substack and occasionally share post links on LinkedIn.
This publication will focus mostly on “little-A agile” topics. To us, that means achieving and using true agility to respond to change, delight customers, and meet mission objectives while staying true to inclusive culture, values, and ethics. Please join us here and let’s learn from each other!
(For technology topics other than agility, see Karen Smiley’s other newsletters.)
